Nose
This Calistoga vineyard showcases its volcanic soil with an earthy quality on
the nose, along with dark fruit scents laced with sweet spices of cinnamon and
nutmeg.
Palate
Those dark fruits carry onto the palate, bursting with ripe black currant and black
cherry flavors – a classic Napa Valley Cabernet. Lush and round, the tannins are nicely
integrated, and well balanced by the energetic acidity.
