Bottling
Fined, and then bottled unfiltered.
Winemaking
A slow, long, complete extraction fermentation in small open tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 50% new Taransaud wood.
Aging
Aged in in 50% new Taransaud wood for 3 years.
Appearance
Dense and inky yet with grace.
