1.5L magnum bottle.
Winemaking
The Nuits-Blanches was barrel fermented in 60% new French, François Freres, oak barrels, slowly developed for 18 months with one racking after 12 months. The wine went through 100% malo-lactic fermentation, and was bottled unfiltered.
