Growing Conditions

Poor soil and lack of water contribute to vines which produce intense fruit with a lot of complexity. The climate is warm during the day and cool in the evening


Fermented in open top fermenters, punched down three times daily, 16 days average on skins.


Aged in French oak barrels, 20% new.
