Growing Conditions
Planted exclusively to Pinot Noir in 2000 and sustainably farmed, Sundawg Ridge Vineyard has become an exceptional site that produces fruit with incredible depth and sous bois qualities. A warm Spring led to early bud break and bloom, while a cold May reduced fruit set and kept yields in check. Final ripening happened at a steady state and contributed to an early harvest with high fruit quality. Appellation: Green Valley – Russian River Clones: 81% Pommard, 14% Dijon 115, 5% Calera
