More cabernet-based than our usual 2/3 merlot and 1/3 cabernet blend, this offering of the Claret presents a frame of intense red and black cherry highlighted by nuanced flavors of cassis, plum, sandalwood and thyme. The wine begins with a supple, fruit-infused explosion on the palate, and builds through a range of exotic and savory flavors.
