The cool vintage and the contribution of the “Spring Block” at 1200’ features delicate aromas of white nectarine and fresh sliced papaya.
At Palmaz we are grateful to have a few small parcels on property cool enough to grow this coveted varietal. The 2.17 acre parcel coined “Spring Block” at 1200’ elevation is cast in shadow most of the morning and frost prone, creating the perfect location to express an almost Mosel-style Riesling.
