The aromas include Honey Crisp apples and orange blossoms, uplifted toward the end with a refreshing dash of lime zest.
The cooler weather of 2006 contributed to the citrus-like character of this wine. Even after a few years of cellaring, this vintage is youthful and refreshing. Sold out.

The slight presence of residual sugar help this wine to tame the heat of chilies, making this vintage an excellent companion for pan-Asian flavors such as green curries and aromatic chili-garlic sauces.
