Our 2014 Equitem Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of juicy green pear, lime and mandarin, followed by a vibrant, crisp palate of lemon zest, grass and grapefruit, with distinctive mineral hints.

This remarkable vintage delivered pitch-perfect, balanced acidity, making this wine a natural choice for warm summer nights

We pressed grapes for this wine at 100 percent whole cluster to impart vibrant fruit intensity. The juice settled for two days before it was racked into a combination of stainless steel and new and used French oak puncheons for fermentation. We aged the wine sur lie for five to six months, with batônnage (lees stirring) twice a week for the first three months and once a week for the last three weeks. This fully integrated the lees for rich complexity.
